Using Windows XP. I am trying to "Change the way users log on or off." When I click on this option, I receive the error message *A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change: SGGINA.DLL* The computer used to belong to my brother...can anyone help me please??? I just want to be able to have 2 separate user accounts. THANKS.
